For 22 years, Project Nova has been a leading manufacturer of steel tanks for the oil and gas industry in Lufkin, TX. With 90-100 employees and major oil producers as clients, they specialize in well pad tank batteries and maintain a strong backlog of orders. The company generates consistent revenue through stable customer relationships and quality product delivery.


Despite current profitability, the operation runs on decade-old systems that limit production capacity, forcing them to decline orders from existing clients. This creates a clear opportunity for operational improvements and growth.

Our plan includes doubling production capacity through expanded blasting and coating capabilities and adding a second fabrication shift. By implementing modern ERP software, diversifying into 3-stage fluid separators, and improving material cost management, we project revenue growth to $35M+ within 5 years. Additional initiatives include developing leadership training programs and achieving carbon neutrality by 2027.

Key initiatives include implementing project management and time-tracking software to improve operational efficiency, investing $1M in internal funds for equipment upgrades, and launching a marketing strategy to attract new clients.


These improvements aim to double revenue to $40M+ and achieve a market value of $20M+ within 5 years. Additional focus areas include leveraging existing industry networks and gradually training apprentices to support future growth.
